Standardized Testing — The Office of Academic Technology is responsible for conducting standardized testing for the University of Florida, including CLAST, CLEP, SAT II placement exams, SAT, ACT, LSAT, MCAT and TOEFL.

SAT II Placement Testing

Testing & Evaluation

SAT II on-campus testing for placement in foreign language courses is available for students several times during the year. Detailed information and on-line registration are available at the web site. Click here for SAT II Placement Testing.

CAT CLAST

Teaching Center

The computerized version (CAT) of the College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) is administered by the Teaching Center on a regular basis throughout the year. The CAT CLAST allows you to take any section, excluding the essay portion, of the CLAST exam in a computerized format. Click here for CAT CLAST.

Test Preparation

Teaching Center

Test Preparation Workshops are conducted by the Teaching Center for the mathematics portion of standardized tests (e.g. CLAST, GRE, etc.). Students may also "walk-in" for indiviualized tutoring during scheduled office hours. Click here for Test Preparation.

Proctoring

Teaching Center

Proctoring is available for a fee for standardized tests and other tests (e.g. distance education courses). Test proctoring is available by appointment only. Click here for Proctoring.

USMLE Administration

Teaching Center

To take this medical licensing exam at UF, you must schedule your exam through the Dean's Office at the UF College of Medicine (352/392-3690). Click here for USMLE Administration.

CLEP

Testing & Evaluation
